Hi, I’m Italo Vazzana, a Firenze-based filmmaker and photographer with hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and storytelling across music, fashion, and institutional projects. My practice blends documentary sensitivity with an editorial eye, shaped by international workshops in Berlin, Helsinki, Dublin, and New York, and collaborations with major outlets and venues such as La Repubblica and the Maxxi Museum of Contemporary Art.
Beyond production, I publish photo books and short stories, contribute to events around Italy, and mentor aspiring creatives. I freelance with my own gear and enjoy collaborating with teams to bring ideas to life from concept to delivery across formats and platforms.
