I’m Vicki Englund, a screenwriter and script editor with a career spanning children’s television, feature film writing, play writing and interactive media. I’ve written for The Bureau of Magical Things (Series 1 and 2), long-running series Home and Away, developed projects in writers’ rooms and development labs, and collaborated with producers to shape stories from concept to shooting script. A novel I wrote has recently been shortlisted in a major nationwide program in Australia.
I love creating stories that spark imagination across formats—from 30-minute kids’ episodes to feature films and iOS narrative games. I’ve also been a commissioned as an editor and ghostwriter for several books, and have tutored tertiary film students in screenwriting.
