Film making is my way of influencing the world, and film editing to me is more than just putting clips together—it's about guiding the audience's mind with thoughtful cuts and transitions while bringing stories to life. I'm passionate about this craft and recently completed EbonyLife Creative Academy, a three-month course on Visual Post Production for Film & TV. I was trained in Visual Post Production (film editing and color grading) by Niyi Akinmolaya.

Editing experience : I will call myself a storyteller who’s vast with video editing tools, with 5 years of hands-on experience creating content for social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. I work mainly with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut, and I also use tools like After Effects and AI-assisted apps such as Descript, OpusClip, and Runway to make editing faster and more creative.
My editing process starts with reviewing all the footage and drafting a simple storyboard built on a 3-act structure:
    •Hook
    •Story/Conflict
    •Resolution or Call to Action

I focus on storytelling, not just cutting clips together. Once the structure is clear, I edit accordingly, rewatch the draft, make necessary adjustments, and then export the final version.
