Working both as a team leader and administrator, I have developed strong organizational skills — learning to coordinate daily operations, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain a high level of customer service quality.

Seasonal work in Lithuanian resort areas taught me to respond quickly to changes, perform efficiently under pressure, and maintain a high sense of responsibility even during peak workloads. Living and working abroad has further strengthened my adaptability, flexibility, and ability to collaborate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
