Viktoriia Skrypnyk

Managed post-production for the TV reality format "The Bachelor," described as the channel's flagship reality program with its top budget. Led a team of 10 post-production editors, performed editorial cuts of television episodes, incorporated management edits, created teasers and announcements, and coordinated voice-overs, titles, and other materials required for broadcast.

Led two projects simultaneously and provided daily support to teams of nine and five people while communicating directly with clients from the USA and Canada. For a web AI-core application, created user stories, specifications, and a knowledge base for a mature project with no existing documentation, improving team efficiency by 2x. For a new iOS/Android AI-led mobile project, created documentation from scratch, prepared detailed functional specifications, enabled one developer to deliver a working MVP in four months, and led the project from inception through release in the Apple and Google Stores.

Conducted daily Scrum stand-ups, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies while providing daily support to two teams of eight people. Gathered and documented requirements as Gherkin user stories, supported complex cross-system integrations through Kafka and APIs, and created prototypes in collaboration with the UX team.
