Vilius Verbus

I am a graduate sound designer with a fervent passion for crafting immersive audio experiences, particularly within the realm of game audio. I blend sonic storytelling with interactive gameplay, using Ableton Live, Reaper and Max/MSP to create adaptive sound systems that respond to user actions and integrate into linear media. With a background as a saxophonist and using modular synthesizer, I bring musicality to my sound design and push creative boundaries.

My experience spans in-house sound engineering, project management, and team coordination, including work as a studio manager at the University of Huddersfield and as a sound engineer for live acts. I enjoy collaborating with others to shape immersive worlds, and I am comfortable handling gear, recording techniques, and post-production. I am currently contributing to live and recorded projects in Leeds and beyond, and I am eager to create evocative audio experiences for films, games, and media.
