Hello! I’m Mary Ann Ivan, a composer, conductor, and musical director with over 30 years of experience shaping theatre productions from Broadway to international tours. I’ve directed and conducted hundreds of performances, played piano and keyboard, and collaborated on orchestration and arranging for a wide range of shows, church ensembles, and educational programs. My work spans stage productions, touring companies, and creative residence programs, and I’m the founder of Village Jello Music Studios with locations in West New York, NJ, Pittsburgh, PA, and Yoder, CO.
From a young age I began composing and today I’ve written over 500 songs, orchestral pieces, ensemble works, and 13 children’s musicals. I hold 23 US copyrights in the performing arts and enjoy sharing music with students and communities worldwide through programs like Arts for Anyone and Global Neighborhood. My music is available for streaming and sync; I also welcome collaborations and commissions.
