Vincent Diaz

Hi, I’m Vincent Diaz, a San Jose-based kinesiology student and ISSA-certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people move better and feel stronger. I design personalized fitness and nutrition plans, track client progress, and build lasting relationships with clients and teammates. My background spans athletic training, group fitness instruction, and officiating intramural sports, all of which sharpen my communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.

I’m pursuing a B.A. in Kinesiology at San Jose State University with a business minor, and I enjoy turning ideas into results—whether coaching athletes, coordinating wellness programs, or managing projects. I value reliability, continuous learning, and a positive attitude, and I’m excited to contribute energy, organization, and a collaborative mindset to new opportunities.
