I hold a degree in Architectural and Interior Design with 13 years experiences in the Construction sector. In my recent position as a “Chief Designer” in Group of company, I have strong sense of design, excellent creativity, and the ability to work with clients to bring their vision to life. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and budget. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D modeling tools to create visual representations of the design concepts for client presentations and project proposals. Prepare cost estimates for interior design projects, considering expenses related to materials, labor, and other relevant factors. Oversee the implementation of the design from start to finish, ensuring that the project stays on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth execution. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and obtain approvals for design changes. Conduct on-site visits to monitor the project’s progress and ensure that the design is being executed according to the plans and specifications. I am Able to transform from JPEG to 3D Design.

I have proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max with V-Ray, Revit , Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point, some of AI Tools.
