I have hands-on experience managing a Shopify website for a handmade crochet business, where I was responsible for uploading products, updating website content, responding to customer enquiries, processing orders, and supporting social media activity. Through this experience, I developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the day-to-day operations involved in running an online store. I particularly enjoy working with creative and independent brands, and I would love the opportunity to contribute to the growth of your candle business while continuing to develop my e-commerce skills.
