Her accolades include top prizes in international competitions, residencies at BANFF, Visby, and Fondazione Arturo Toscanini, and commissions from institutions like the Agnelli Foundation and Fondazione Giacomo Puccini. Valentina is the founder of How I Met Puccini®, an innovative project combining research, storytelling, and performance that reimagines classical music for new audiences. A fearless explorer, she redefines the double bass in jazz and experimental music, performing at festivals like Düsseldorf Jazz Marathon, Umbria Jazz Clinics, and Zappanale.
