Hi there! I’m Whitney Gomes Minto, a video producer and filmmaker with 10+ years creating documentary, non-profit, and non-fiction content across the Pacific Northwest. I produce and edit 30-40 story-driven videos each year, amplifying community voices and translating complex social issues into compassionate, educational programming that elevates public service and community impact. I lead multi-platform productions across broadcast and social media, coach students in ethical, audience-focused storytelling, and develop drone journalism curricula. I’m proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Audition. But my true passion is developing projects that advance education equity, housing security, youth development, disaster recovery, neurodivergent learners, healthcare advocacy, and food insecurity. It takes a hell of a lot of courage for folx to share their story to a complete stranger — let alone on camera. I pride myself on ethics. I listen, I document, and I learn so much from every individual I meet. What a blessing to do what I love for 15-20 years of my life, which directly reflects my own experience as a storyteller.
