I have a broad background in UX (10+yrs) as well as graphic design and media (15+yrs). My experience includes user research, testing, workshops and copywriting, but UX, UI and high end visual design is where I thrive. Whether for pleasure and aesthetics or safety and usability, I really value visual communication in all forms. Tackling complex problems, exploring risks, opportunities and possibilities is always an intriguing challenge. I like to think long-term and see the broad picture, giving careful consideration to things like context and audience. I’m used to the corporate setting, navigating compliance and stakeholders while demonstrating the business value of user satisfaction and accessibility. However I am more of a pragmatic, and love figuring out solutions hands on with developers to ensure good UX outcomes.

Work Experience

UX Designer at Tetra Pak
November 1, 2024 - July 1, 2025
On the Tetra Pak e-commerce team I worked on a platform revamping of their large scale e-commerce experience. This involved designing for large quantities and number of orders, product attributes and level of customisability for the user. It also involved market-specific variations as well as translations. A real layout-challenge when it comes to screen real-estate! On the project level it entailed a lot of gained domain knowledge as well as team and stakeholder cooperation.
UX/Visual Designer at SWC
September 1, 2024 - October 1, 2025
Short project of designing a Agricultural Onboard UI. I developed UI concepts for SWC (Spraying With Care), an EU funded agricultural project aimed at limiting unnecessary pesticide spraying by better tracking area of application through weather and positioning sensors.
UX Designer at Skånetrafiken
July 1, 2023 - August 1, 2024
As a UX designer for Skånetrafiken I worked on the design of a new mobile app for “service” trips (mobility service, medical and on-demand transports). Being both in the public domain and catering to a broad variety of special needs, there has been a large emphasis on accessible design, where I gained a thorough experience with accessibility tools and up to date legal demands and recommendations. I also worked on the systems and dashboards supporting the service, such as a dashboard for transport companies and a backoffice dashboard for the transport operator and its planners. The main challenge with these has been the high level of complexity and required domain knowledge, with the logistics and legacy from many connected systems and actors.
Visual Service Designer at Tetra Pak
February 1, 2022 - April 1, 2023
As a Visual Service Designer at Tetra Pak I was responsible for most things visual (layouts, infographics, illustrations etc.) in workshops and projects as well as creating visual prototypes. The team supports teams and executives in visualizing complex business challenges to create alignment and forward momentum. With tools and methods like Design Sprints, Lean UX, Value Proposition Canvas and Business Model Canvas.
Visual Designer at IKEA Group
August 1, 2020 - January 1, 2022
As a Visual Designer at IKEA my responsibility was to ensure a consistent look & feel throughout the IKEA digital channels, to further develop, improve and implement their new design system. We developed a complete library and branch of the design system adapted for email channels. This included me writing and setting guidelines and best practices within the constraints of email design. We then proceeded with organisational/market-wide rollout.
UX & Visual Designer at TigerQ
June 1, 2020 - August 1, 2020
TigerQ wanted to develop a digital marketplace for analysis/editing of genome data. For non-technical users to be able to use this marketplace it needs to be focused on simplicity and good user experience. My task was to visualize the customer’s vision in an MVP (Minimal Viable Product). Tasks included workshops, interviews, ideation, wireframes, concept development and some simple design guidelines.
UX & Visual Design at Avensia AB
November 1, 2019 - May 1, 2020
In this project I was a consultant in e-commerce, with UX and development projects for an American multinational company as well as one of the largest food and retail actors in Scandinavia. Work included workshops & presentations, brand identity, wireframes & sketches, stakeholder and client management, design system work, aligning sub brands with the main brand identity.
Lead UX Designer at Jibber Chat Software
December 1, 2017 - November 1, 2019
Jibber is a customer support-oriented chat SaaS-product. Lead UX Designer, designing new features and managing all graphics for both branding/communication and user interface in their desktop and mobile app. Working with developers, I redesigned the whole product UI. Being a small fast-paced company I had the creative freedom to produce most of the identity entirely custom. Managing all design while keeping three developers busy was demanding. The biggest takeaway was the technical and logical knowledge gained from working so closely with developers on a tight budget.
Graphic Designer / HMI Designer at Volvo Group Trucks Technology
June 1, 2014 - November 1, 2017
At Volvo I was involved in projects for graphic design work such as vehicle striping, layout and illustration but the majority of time was allocated towards the HMI team, mainly working with vehicle interior symbols, design systems, graphics and their interaction i.e. controls, labels, display graphics. Responsibilities also included managing technical documentation and building a large symbol library; drawing HMI icons under ISO, safety, legal regulations and technical specs; prototyping with transfer-print graphics on clay models; delivering hardware icons for switches and components; marketing icons to resemble Volvo's core brand values; visualising future concepts.
