Answer incoming phone calls to service members of the credit union in any capacity. Fulfill regulations in place while opening new checking accounts.

Research incoming proof of payments that haven’t been applied to owner’s accounts. Process payment transfers from loan to condominium. Facilitate Loan/HOA Revocations and Foreclosure/Bankruptcy write offs. Assist with owner escalated issues for all brands (MVW, VSE, HVO, RCC).

Reviewed credit disputes received via E-Oscar & mail correspondence. Contacted owners after thorough research was completed on escalated cases. Assisted our legal department with attorney representation, audits, etc. Ran monthly audits for the entire team’s monthly progress.
