Through my design career I have come to realize that the most important thing about design is people. Be it end user, customer, client, shopper, experiencer or fascinated bystander; if they are happy then I’ve done a good job.

I am pleased to say that after more than 20 years as a designer, I still remain curious and amazed by the possibilities for design to influence lives.
