I also delivered comprehensive product training sessions for a successful global rollout. [Trust AI] - I led the end-to-end UX/UI strategy for Trust AI, an AI risk management platform. I designed the entire user experience, from the AI risk dashboard and alerting system to the controls and policy portal for organisational users. Throughout the process, I conducted in-depth stakeholder interviews with SMEs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive solutions at both the low- and high-fidelity stages, ensuring a smooth user journey across all touch points. I focused on creating an efficient review experience for both internal PwC consultants and external clients. Through stakeholder interviews and deep collaboration with SMEs, product, and development teams, I streamlined the user flow and designed a solution that optimizes the regulation compliance review process.
