    paper Medical Rite Homepage Redesign

    The homepage hero section is often the most critical area of a website—it shapes the first impression and strongly influences whether users continue exploring or leave. In the case of MedicalRite, the existing hero section was visually clean but lacked persuasive elements that could guide users toward taking action. The layout relied on a standard structure consisting of a headline, image, and a single call-to-action, which limited its ability to capture different user intents and drive engagement.

    This project focuses on redesigning the hero section with a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) approach. The objective was not only to improve the visual presentation but also to transform the hero section into a strategic conversion layer that encourages interaction, builds trust, and highlights key promotional opportunities above the fold.

    Through improvements in visual hierarchy, multi-entry conversion paths, promotional visibility, and trust signals, the redesigned hero section aims to reduce cognitive friction and help users quickly understand the value offered by the platform. Supporting homepage sections were also adjusted to maintain consistency with the new conversion-focused structure.

    After 90 days of A/B testing, the redesign delivered measurable results, including increased engagement, higher click-through rates on hero CTAs, improved session duration, and a significant growth in revenue per visitor—demonstrating how strategic design decisions can directly impact business performance.
