I am an Experience Design Specialist with a strong background in front-end development, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am motivated to create user-friendly digital solutions and continuously improve user interfaces and experiences.

I bring several years of experience in customer service, which gives me a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations. I completed the Full Stack Developer program at Business College Helsinki, including information and communications technology training. In my current role at IKEA, I design and develop digital tools and interfaces using React, JavaScript, Sass, and Power Platform, collaborate with UX designers and back-end developers, and act as Scrum Master to plan sprints and coordinate cross-functional work. I focus on accessibility, iterative testing, and end-to-end improvements, and I contribute to projects such as automation, voucher handling, and B2B digital services.
