Chatrashala is an EdTech platform designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world skills. As Lead Product Designer, I spearheaded the end-to-end design and development of web and mobile apps, alongside admin and super admin interfaces. My responsibilities included defining the brand identity, building a scalable design system, and ensuring a consistent visual and user experience across all touchpoints. I directed a team of three designers to deliver key product features, collaborating closely with developers through design sprints and iterative prototyping. The core process integrated user research employing interviews, surveys, persona development, and usability testing to identify student and educator pain points and map intuitive user journeys. The project also involved close client interaction for product feedback, the introduction of innovative features like mentorship program modules, and execution of digital campaigns to boost user engagement. Chatrashala’s design emphasises accessibility, seamless navigation, and delightful micro-interactions to foster active learning and community participation.
