Bachelor of Design: Trends and Identity at Zürich University of the ARts

Trends & Identity explores lifestyles and cultures of things, and analyses trends, fashions and identities. Through design, we take a critical, fun and forward-looking stance on social change. We develop concepts, design products and produce services. Design perspectives are supplemented and consolidated with cultural research and design ethnography methods. - Critically reflect on and design aspects of identity in a contemporary manner - Categorize and discuss historical, sociological and ethnographic theories - Based on specific content, select an appropriate means of implementation – in texts, images, products or events - Initiate, design and realize design projects
