I'm Adarsh Raghuram, a 2D and 3D animator with about 10 years of experience primarily in the former. I've had the privilege of working on some top projects and teams, and the opportunity to absorb a lot of knowledge and wisdom in the process. Looking at the job description, it seems to fit my bill well. Additionally, I'm extremely fluent with Harmony, technically and artistically. I enjoy what the rigs can give, but seldom shy away from a nice hand drawn inbetween. Drawing just solves all the technical glitches! I'm comfortable with hand drawn and rig animation and the mixed workflow. I can excel in 3D animation to, relying upon my trusty 2D foundation. As a supervisor, I really enjoyed mentoring teams. Being an animator, I feel I understand the pulse of my fellow animators well, in order to inspire and get the best out of them and provide an environment where they feel valued, safe and trusted.
