Built the end-to-end desktop AI app (chat, project management workflows, real-time UI annotation) using Claude Code and Cursor, reducing design-to-prototype cycles from days to hours. Conducted 200+ user interviews with designers, agencies, and product teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and validate problem-solution fit across three pivots.

Designed patient-facing UX for AI-driven speech therapy app for children with Apraxia; included touch-first interactions and session-based therapy progress tracking. Led usability testing with 8 families and used findings to redesign therapy activity flows, increasing user engagement by 86%.

Redesigned core event publishing workflow from a 30+ field single-page form to a structured 4-step staged flow with progressive disclosure, autosave, and preview-first publishing; reduced friction and improved activation. Designed 0→1 product workflows for instructor onboarding, course creation, and educator monetization; enabled creators to launch and sell live UX bootcamps.
