My journey into the footwear industry was my first step—and greatest challenge—in the world of fashion. This journey began with the launch of my first company: a 100% Portuguese footwear brand. Taking on every aspect independently, I mastered the essentials of brand management, from finance to final product delivery. However, due to high costs and a competitive market, I ultimately decided to pivot from footwear.

This change became an invaluable learning experience, as the brand evolved into Shoesarte_Labels, a fashion label that saw significant success. Building on this momentum, I later transitioned the brand entirely to clothing, and Gathor was born.
