    SpaceShift020
While the tech industry continues to prioritise cognitive connection from screen to screen, our bodies remain confined behind desks. This project explores the question: How can we (re)invent a peripheral to give office workers greater physical freedom in front of screens? SpaceShift020 is a reimagination of computer mice, keyboards and the underlying logic of how we interact with them, offering office workers a more seamless experience within the digital ecosystem. Besides visual and concept illustration, I also worked on multiple principal and functional prototypes using 3D prints, silicone, and Arduino. The product-based business is now being pitched to several governors of recognised startup incubators in the Netherlands. For more: https://www.twine.net/signin
    Table Blossom
Despite the care invested in developing signature cocktails and their presentation, Kyatcha served them on generic black napkins. I saw an opportunity to create a more cohesive guest experience by designing a branded alternative that reflected the restaurant's Japanese identity and elevated the presentation of its drinks. Table Blossom is a collection of wagashi-inspired leather coasters and packaging designed for Kyatcha's signature cocktails. Combining aesthetic value with practical functionality, the coasters are absorbent, slip-resistant, lightweight, and easy for staff to use while serving drinks. Following the initial launch, a second batch was commissioned by the restaurant. For more, please visit: https://www.twine.net/signin
    Portfolio Magazine

Despite sharing the same academy, many students were unaware of each other’s projects, interests, and achievements. Portfolio Magazine was created to increase visibility for emerging artists and designers, foster connections between students, and celebrate the creative work happening within the academy.

Portfolio Magazine is a student-led publication showcasing emerging artists and designers from Willem de Kooning Academy. Through interviews, features, and visual storytelling, the magazine provides a platform for students to share their work with a wider audience. I initiated and pitched the concept to the academy’s marketing team, securing support for the publication and leading its development from concept to execution.

    LES-FUL
Dutch curtain manufacturer Artex sought a way to repurpose seasonal surplus fabrics that would otherwise go unused. The project explored how discarded textiles could be transformed into a desirable product while supporting more sustainable production practices. LES-FUL is a footwear concept created entirely from Artex's surplus curtain textiles. By using a mono-material construction, the project explores a circular design approach that simplifies recycling while extending the lifespan of discarded materials. It includes a developed product concept, branding, and visual identity alongside the footwear design. For more, please visit: https://www.twine.net/signin
