UX Researcher and Product Designer at Grundfos (via Sigma Dev)

April 1, 2025 - Present

Planned and executed UX research for the Grundfos GO migration from a remote workshop approach, including research-question generation, a moderated usability-study process, and a recruitment strategy for on-site professionals. Delivered research analysis and recommendations to a cross-functional team to support a smoother transition from Remote to GO. Designed wireframes and high-fidelity UI for an internal qualifying tool used by sales engineers to qualify clients through complex decision flows, and produced usage manuals to support adoption. Designed UI for the SQ CU control-unit experience used with SQ family submersible pumps.
