Alejo Maglio

Alejo Maglio is a cinematographer from Buenos Aires, currently based in Madrid. With a background in photography and visual arts, his work blends natural light, texture, and human presence—shaped by a sensitivity to the subtle and the real.

Since beginning his career in 2004, he has worked across narrative film, documentary, and advertising. As a self-taught cinematographer, his approach grows from hands-on experience, artistic experimentation, and an ongoing exploration of painting, cinematography, and the philosophy of the image.
