● Redesigned the header/footer and unified the UX/UI across Simon.com, Premium Outlets, and Shop Premium Outlets using Figma prototypes, user flows, and UI specs by streamlining cross-site navigation, ensuring WCAG accessibility via SiteImprove, and targeting Key Performance Indicators, such as bounce rate reduction, session duration, loyalty program enrollment (Mall Insider, VIP Shoppers), and mobile-to-desktop engagement to position Simon competitively against Amazon, Rakuten, and Shopify. ● Redesigned Simon's internal Store Directory search experience in Figma by introducing a store and product toggle, filter menu, new promo spots, and streamlined product cards to address KPIs flagged by the Simon Marketing team, including high bounce rate, low session duration, and poor search engagement, while enabling real time inventory search across 25+ retail tenants accessible via Simon.com, the Simon app, and in-mall directories.
