Website redesign for East Coast Mainline trains (now LNER). East Coast were the first major train operator to make their site responsive, I worked with the team at Amaze and East Coast to redesign and recreate their public passenger website. Odeon cinemas wanted a new online presence to make the movie going experience more simple, immersive and enjoyable for their customers whilst increasing acquisition and conversion rates. I was brought in to lead the UX on the project after it ran into difficulties with the previous UX lead leaving. Working with the Amaze design team and Odeon marketing and development teams I managed to help successfully turn around what was an extremely challenging project. Web3 is a leading corporate eProcurement software platform used by staff at blue chip companies throughout the UK and Europe to purchase goods and services. I worked with the team at Wax Digital to redesign their platform, taking what was becoming a dated and complex system and rethinking it. I helped simplify it and significantly improved the user experience and visual design, including making it responsive.
