Oversee all facets of marketing for the label, developing and executing comprehensive campaigns for each release. Create and manage strategic marketing plans—from budgeting and digital rollouts to physical promotions and retail initiatives. Lead the Social Media team and collaborate closely with artists to ensure each campaign is aligned with their vision. Design core marketing materials in-house, including decks, retail one-sheets, and digital assets, ensuring consistency and creativity across platforms.
