Dear Hiring Team, A logo has only a few seconds to answer an important question: why should anyone remember this brand? When it fails to communicate meaning, clarity, or personality, it becomes just another symbol. When it succeeds, it becomes the visual anchor of an entire brand. This challenge, translating a brand’s essence into a simple, recognizable mark, is what drives my work as a designer. With a background in visual communication, brand systems, and product design, I focus on developing logos and identities that are not only visually compelling but structurally strong and adaptable across media. My process always begins with understanding the brand: its positioning, tone, and the problem the identity needs to solve. From there, I develop multiple concept directions that explore different visual narratives while staying aligned with the project brief and brand guidelines. In my current role as Lead Designer at holo Commerce, I regularly develop visual systems and brand assets used across product platforms, marketing materials, and digital channels. This work requires translating abstract ideas into clear visual structures—an approach that also defines how I design logos and brand identities. I create initial concept directions, refine selected ideas through structured feedback rounds, and ensure the final identity works consistently across formats and applications. Technically, I work extensively with Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite to produce scalable, precise logo assets. My deliverables typically include complete logo packages (vector and raster formats, color and monochrome versions) alongside concise brand style guides that define logo usage, color palettes, and typography. The goal is always the same: to ensure that the identity can be applied consistently and confidently across all brand touchpoints. What I bring to a logo and identity project is a balance between creative exploration and structured thinking. I enjoy the iterative process of testing ideas, explaining design rationale, incorporating feedback, and refining concepts until they communicate clearly and effectively. Working remotely has also made me highly organized and self-directed. I manage deadlines carefully, communicate design decisions transparently, and ensure every deliverable meets a high standard of clarity, quality, and originality. I would welcome the opportunity to contribute my approach to brand identity design and help create logos that not only look distinctive, but give brands a clear visual voice.
