My path as a 2D animator has been exciting. After becoming crazy about animation in my childhood and spending lots of time on drawings, I wanted to give life to my figure drawings and characters. So, I continued my education in Acting and Painting both in order to combine this to profession and become a better and talented animator. MA in painting was a great chance for me to improve my drawings and to find my own artistic style. Moreover, BC in Acting provided a ground to learn Drama and teamwork that are crucial for animation industry. experiencing different roles in animation industry has given me a great knowledge of animation process and pipeline. Because of my experience and knowledge, the University of applied science in Tehran asked me to join them and teach acting and drawing to animation students. In addition, the art of 2D animation not only gives characters and drawings a chance to live but also bring traditional art and history back to life. For instance, in the last fiction which is one of the best Iranian feature animation films that I was one of the clean animation artists of the project we brought the ancient stories of Shahnameh from back to present. I was so crazy about traditional art that as a part of my PhD program I studied the artistic style of Fatimid paintings in 10 and 11 centuries.
