Led end-to-end development of 10+ enterprise tracking applications (vehicle, marine, mining, robotics, emergency dispatch) serving 200,000+ active users across Android, Flutter, and iOS platforms. Managed cross-functional Agile teams of 5-8 developers; conducted sprint planning, code reviews, and stand-ups achieving a 95% sprint completion rate with zero critical deadline slippages over the past 2 years. Architected scalable solutions using Clean Architecture and MVVM, reducing code complexity by 40% and improving maintainability from 6.2/10 to 8.5/10 (SonarQube). Delivered ISRO Offline GPS Tracking App with 99.9% uptime and sub-second accuracy, and led the Japanese Robotics Route Tracking Project with 5,000+ deployments achieving <500ms latency and 99.95% data accuracy. Developed 108 Emergency Ambulance Dispatch System for Government of Karnataka enabling real-time GPS tracking across 50+ ambulances, reducing emergency response time by 12 minutes. Established CI/CD pipelines via Azure

Led 6-engineer team delivering 8+ Android/Flutter apps for vehicle tracking, maritime navigation, and robotics across India, Japan, and Middle East, serving 500K+ users with 99.7% uptime. Architected flagship apps for ISRO and government clients, improving response times and reducing operational costs. Championed CI/CD pipeline and AI-powered dev tools, increasing team velocity and mentor developers.

Developed 5 media applications (AutoStamper, ShotOnPhoto, GPS Map Stamp Camera, Photo Metadata Editor, Video Stamper) with 150,000+ downloads and 4.5 rating; used by US law enforcement for investigative documentation with 10,000+ daily uploads. Built advanced stamping technology using Android APIs and FFMPEG for GPS overlays, timestamps, digital signatures, and logo watermarks with sub-second rendering for 4K videos. Gathered requirements from international clients and translated into technical specs; delivered apps within 6-month timelines. Architected using MVC/MVVM, Repository Pattern, and DI; achieved 78% unit test coverage with JUnit/Mockito. Integrated Google Maps SDK, Camera2 API, ExifInterface; optimized startup time (3.2s → 1.4s) and APK size (45MB → 31MB) via ProGuard/resource optimization. Managed GitHub with GitFlow and tracked work in Jira; produced architecture diagrams and API docs.
