Curricular internship at <dig>it, the digital branch of On Spot Net, as Community Manager of several brands, including: Opticalia, ERA Imobiliária and Ipanema. Within this same function, I made the communication of products and services of the clients through several fronts, such as: Writing for social networks and blog, KPI Reports, Benchmarking, Analysis of locations for events, among others.

Responsible for the Social Media Team & Community Manager at SmartKISS

For three years I was Responsible for the Social Media Team and Community Manager of several brands: Atlântica - Instituto Universitário, Viriathus Drinks, Fever-Tree, Instituto Português do Desporto e Juventude, GANT Imobiliária, JTM Group, Esteriva, Clínica DermAge. As Responsible for the Social Media Team, I planed, assigned and review all monthly items for all the agency's clients, as well as the production of articles, proposals and competitions for the market. I coordinate and monitor Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA) work, as well as give numerous Trainings from Platforms to Paid Traffic. Within my role as Community Manager, I did strategy, planning, communication and scheduling of brand products/services, through several fronts, such as: Content Creation (design and photography); Copywriting for social networks, blog, newsletter, scripts, among others; SEO and SEA; Execution of Proposals; Account; Consultancy; Paid Traffic (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and Google Ads); Elaboration of KPI Reports; Organization and coverage of events. In addition to the brands I managed, I also create and optimize paid advertisements for brands such as: CRYOPDP, Convento do Espinheiro, Escola Superior de Saúde Atlântica, BrindIbérica, Desafio D'Elencos, Livraria Alquimia, Centro Médico do Cartaxo, Mudelar Remodelações, ONI - Import & Export, Odyssey International, among others. As well as weekly translations for DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Lisbon Fontana Park. As far as copywriting content, I have already written for IPDJ (Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth), Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, European Sports Week, Youth Sports Labs, Volkswagen Financial Services, University of Lisbon and JTM Group. With regard to the creation of photographic and video content for social networks, I have participated in events such as NOS Alive, Rock in Rio Portugal, European Sports Week, Futurália, among others.
