Context

Talkle is my own English communication service. This is a founder-led business example, not an external client commission.

My role

I work across product and app development, marketing, business English content and AI-assisted practice workflows. The planning work brings together learning materials, conversation activities, user guidance and community outreach.

Relevant work

• Plan practical English conversation scenarios and supporting worksheets.
• Shape service messaging and content for the intended audience.
• Work on the app and use AI tools to assist development and repetitive content preparation.
• Review the user flow, wording and instructions so people can understand the next step.

What this shows

I can connect a service idea with the content, workflow and communication needed to make it usable. No paid-client delivery count, conversion improvement or revenue result is claimed here. Scope, tools and dates for a new client project are agreed separately.
