Led end-to-end product design and strategy for the consumer mobile experience team at a large media and broadcasting company, and supported the transition to a product-first model. Built new features, improved legacy experiences, and partnered closely with product and engineering to ship user-centered solutions. Conducted user research, concept development, and rapid prototyping while integrating AI-assisted workflows to accelerate ideation, streamline design processes, and enhance team collaboration.

Designed and shipped 40+ DTC features across web, mobile, and CTV streaming platforms, owning all phases from ideation to QA. Led the design and delivery of a top feature, resulting in a 400% spike in traffic, a 4% decrease in cancellations, and a 3% boost in session lengths across 19 users. Increased user-complete conversions by 13% after redesigning a landing page to better align with product strategy and brand guidelines. Led and participated in 15+ user research studies including interviews, usability tests, competitive analyses, and surveys. Collaborated cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering to launch features on time and in alignment with business goals. Created requirement documents defining feature logic, user flows, and edge cases for consistent implementation.

Led UX/UI design and supported front-end development for Connecten, a mobile MVP connecting at-risk youth with outpatient resource content following medical treatment. Collaborated with nursing staff at Children’s Hospital of Orange County to ensure HIPAA compliance and clinical accuracy; presented the final MVP to the hospital board and received positive stakeholder feedback.
