Designed and developed a user-friendly service and mobile app through Figma to streamline paratransit bookings for seniors and caregivers. Developed a viable business model ensuring feasibility as well as market potential and scalability. Conducted user research and accessibility improvements to enhance usability for diverse audiences.

Design Jam entry: Designed a mobile app prototype in Figma and accompanying points system, and marketing campaign to improve Rogers’ Beyond the Seats’ reach. Conducted user and market research, and rapid prototyping under a 6-hour constraint. Presented final design to judges, winning second place.

Designed a brand mascot, translating brand values into a visually engaging character. Conducted user feedback sessions to test impressions to refine the mascot.
