I have been a professional musician for over thirty years. In that time I have played in genres too. numerous to mention, but my favourites are Soul, Jazz, Ska and Reggae. Aside from having my own solo residencies I am also a member of a Seven-piece Reggae/Ska band that plays regularly at venues and festivals across the North of England. I have a BSc in Music Technology and Audio Systems from the University of Huddersfield and a very good knowledge of music theory. In 2020 I released my debut single, a Smooth Jazz composition entitled 'Brighter Day', which is available to buy at all digital stores. Since 2022 I have composed the scores and diegetic music for a number of short films and feature films in a variety of genres including Horror, Comedy, Action, Suspense, Drama, Erotic Thriller, Romance and Mockumentary. I have also had some songs used in film soundtracks. All of my writing and composition is done in my own home studio in which I have a wide variety of professional hardware/software.
