A Local Government organisation required a refreshed IT strategy to define a roadmap between current and desired state to uplift digital experiences for the community.

We were engaged to define a value case for investment, to demonstrate the value of digital initiatives to the Council & its constituents.

The identified initiatives were designed to complement and expand the overall digital capabilities of Council and enable them to deliver services in a more coordinated, efficient and effective way.

Developed an app for the Brisbane Fine Arts Museum as part of the Google UX Certification course

The task was to design an intuitive app and responsive website for a public art museum to enhance visitor engagement and streamline access to museum information.

The solution needed to address two primary challenges: promoting exhibitions and events effectively and enriching the on-site experience through self-guided tours.
