About
Hi! I’m Anson, a freelance illustrator from Edinburgh who specializes in character drawings. I’m flexible to cater to most requests outside of my speciality.
Possessing a degree in Animation and previous studies in Art and Film, I have a great awareness of techniques used in different disciplines, which help me greatly with my work. I’ve worked with Photoshop and After Effects, as well as other industry software such as Clip Studio Paint and TVPaint. My strength in animation was adapting to different styles, which I put to use in my collaboration with Beano and the Scottish Documentary Institute.
Having worked in 2D animation with some experience in 3D means I understand the processes involved in creating moving assets, and can accommodate my illustration work to best suit the client’s needs should this be an issue.
If you are interested, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
