    At Lab 126 I supported their VCare Ops team in a quick study to improve features in the Ring App. I led 45, structured, “take-home” sessions in a 4 week time frame.

    With in this Study I:
    1.Track test results, anomalies, and environmental conditions that may impact outcomes, tracking these outcomes to relay to leads and developers to ensure accurate and desirable data collection
    2.Communicate progress and blockers clearly to leads and cross-functional partners.

    This Project required a soft rebrand of their Digital footprint to reach more consumers and find new employees. 
    From this rebrand we improved their website fotrafic by 65% and provided an increase of viewer engagement by 40%

    1.  Using WIX for a Materials Reclamation Facilities integration company. Used Wix  to maintain their brand online and manage their inbox and communication.
    2. Optimising their websies SEO to improvisibilty online.

    In these user studies, we encourage conversational engagement through effective use of tone, active listening, and adaptive communication to help train an LLM model through various exercises that targeted different areas of the Model’s stressors.

    Lead over 100 natural, multi-tier conversations between participants and AI agents to simulate real-world dialogue, in roughly 3 month time frame.
    Created supportive environments where participants feel at ease expressing emotion and speaking naturally, to successfully gather Authentic, Natural data that was used to flag hundreds of specific events to the developers.
    Through open-ended and ambiguous scenarios and guiding conversations without influencing participant response, the team was able to identify errors to inspire rapid diagnosing through direct communication with the developers.

    Thus resulting in solutions that help to improve the over experience for the user during and after testing.​​
