Hi! I’m Jade, recent graduate from the University of Hertfordshire with a Bachelor’s in Music Composition and Technology for Film and Games. I’ve been composing both recreationally and professionally for much of my life, and now that I’ve acquired my degree I’m looking for projects I can apply my skills to.
I pride myself on my strong, catchy melodic ideas, which are sure to give your project a memorable accompaniment. My main instruments are derived from soundfonts, but I have access to higher quality instruments should the project call for them. I have a huge passion for music and specifically music within games, and so I am fiercely motivated on any project I work on to create the best music for the client and the game.

A disturbing battle theme with a lot of dissonance and the usage of a shamisen and koto to evoke a Japanese feel (matching the track’s namesake). The chromaticism and unusual rhythms create an aura of insanity; the switch to an even drum beat later mixes that feeling with a driving pulse that instils a sense of urgency and energy. The ending section contrasts greatly in pace and serves both as a break and as a representation of the unpredictability and possible mood swings within this hypothetical monster.
Yōkai:
A trio of songs composed with the intent to represent a hypothetical character within a game. The songs all share melodic motifs, reflecting different stages of the character’s development. The idea of this EP was a close friend or partner of the protagonist, who is forced to separate from them and eventually cross paths as an enemy due to a difference in ideals. The latter songs are tragic and conflicted, because the character is not truly evil, but simply possesses beliefs that cannot mesh with those of the protagonist.
Her Carefree Life:
Her Path Alone:
Her Determination:
A JRPG style battle theme with the use of Chinese instruments such as an erhu and sheng. Has an energetic mood, with the classic battle theme vibe of hope and fighting spirit given by the electric guitar and string ostinatos mixed in with the slower paced erhu and legato string harmony providing a unique contrast and helping to mix up the pace of the fight.
Eastern Warfare:
A catchy, upbeat area theme for an indie RPG very much in the style of Undertale/Deltarune or similar works. There isn’t much in the way of tension in this piece, evoking the feeling of hopefulness and setting out on an adventure.
seraph.Sonata:
A theme intended for a tranquil area within an RPG or similar genre. The environment would be lush and beautiful, with a stunning view and little in the way of disturbances.
