Busy Feet is a vibrant children’s picture book designed to encourage movement, play, and the joy of simply being a child. With a whimsical and energetic tone, the story invites young readers to explore the world around them in a fun and imaginative way. The artwork was created with intentional inclusivity, representing children from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences. To match the author’s vision, I developed an illustration style inspired by vector art. I used bold, thick line work paired with solid colors and minimal shading to create a clean, modern look that feels playful, accessible, and visually engaging for young audiences. illustrator

Lulu the Pig is a heartwarming children’s book about finding friendship in unexpected places. When Lulu, a pot-bellied pig, is taken from her home to a new ranch, she must navigate an unfamiliar world filled with rolling hills, olive trees, and a pack of curious Jack Russell terriers. Initially seen as an outsider, Lulu faces uncertainty and hesitation from the dogs—but when it matters most, her courage and loyalty shine through. Inspired by a true story, this project celebrates kindness, bravery, and the power of acceptance. In close collaboration with the author, I helped develop the visual style for the book. The final illustrations combine graphite line work with watercolor washes, creating a soft, expressive, and timeless aesthetic that enhances the emotional core of the story. illustrator
