Hey! I'm Ashley Lamson or Ash. Originally from Pennsylvania, I grew up in a smaller town, closest place people know is Hershey (yes the chocolate). Because of this my top passions are traveling, reading, writing, baking, and more. My family (including my dog) are the closest people in my life and my biggest supporters. Now in Los Angeles, my goal is to be an editor for feature films but just being an editor is my dream. As a filmmaker I have been working primarily as an editor with experience in pre and physical production. I have worked on a variety of films while at Loyola Marymount University from narratives to documentaries to music videos and more. I also have experience freelance editing for a variety of clients. I value collaboration in all the work I do because as an editor I want to bring everyone's hard work and passion to the forefront of the final product. I have experience working with Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Avid Media Composer. My goal is to tell true stories in any medium. Teaching audiences through film is what drives me as an editor.
