This documentary explores the world’s first Typhoid Conjugate Vaccination campaign, documenting a landmark public health initiative. Produced with the support of PHC Global and the World Health Organisation, the film captures the scale, logistics and human impact of the campaign on the ground. I led the production of the documentary over a six-month period, overseeing the project from research through field shoots and interviews, and ultimately editing the film myself to shape the final narrative and visual storytelling.
This short interview-based film explores the impact of generative AI tools on creative industries, featuring conversations with researchers from Coventry University about the opportunities and challenges these technologies present. For this project, I directed, filmed and edited the piece, combining original interview footage with generative AI visuals and curated stock footage to create a cohesive and engaging exploration of how emerging AI tools can be understood and used within creative practice.
This short documentary explores the making of The Bear Who Went to War, a theatre production inspired by the true story of Wojtek, a Syrian brown bear who served alongside Polish soldiers during the Second World War. The film features behind-the-scenes moments and interviews with the creative team, including playwright Alan Pollock, director Kirstie Davis and members of the cast. I directed, produced and edited the documentary, overseeing the interviews, visual storytelling and final edit.
While working with White Rice, I contributed to a number of documentary projects focused on development and humanitarian initiatives across Pakistan. One of these projects involved travelling to the northern and northwestern regions of the country, near the Afghan border, to document water provision systems established by UNICEF in remote communities.
Written by Rolake Omogbemi Olayemi, Fix is a visual-driven film that follows Lalude, a meticulous artist who finds comfort in her orderly routine. Working as the Cinematographer and Director of Photography, my role was to support the story through purely visual means, as the film unfolded without dialogue. Shot inside a real artist’s studio, the cinematography focuses on observing Lalude within her creative environment, using framing, movement and pacing to communicate her emotional state.
Written and directed by Lèna-Awa Sall, Lumiere is a story of a young man who struggles with authority and a system that suppresses individuality and intellectual freedom. This film was developed as a visually driven piece. Working as the Cinematographer and Director of Photography, my focus was on building a controlled visual environment that relied heavily on silhouettes, shadow play and lighting to convey mood and emotion.
