About
Hi, I’m Ash Potter, a journalist, presenter and content creator with experience reporting across Ireland, the UK and East Asia. I’ve anchored radio shows in Ireland and South Korea, and I’ve reported for RTÉ on the Itaewon crowd crush and demographic changes in Korea. I’m fluent in English, with conversational Korean and Japanese, and I’ve lived in Seoul for three years and Tokyo for one year, which informs my storytelling and on‑air presence.
I’m passionate about culture, current affairs and documentary storytelling. I bring strong research, interview and editing skills, and I’m seeking a role in broadcast journalism as a Presenter to continue producing engaging, context‑rich reports. I’m available to interview.
