I led the end-to-end production of the project, beginning with the development of the storyboard and scene-by-scene script to establish the narrative and visual direction. Defined the backgrounds and visual style separately to maintain consistency throughout the video, then created a dedicated voice-over with a consistent tone and delivery across all scenes. Used reference images to generate the main character from multiple angles while preserving appearance and continuity between shots. Once all assets were created, I assembled the scenes, edited the final sequence, synchronized visuals with the voice-over, refined transitions, pacing, and timing, and completed the post-production process to deliver a polished and cohesive final video.
