This project was a new brand launch where I designed and developed the entire Shopify store from scratch. I handled everything from initial research and UX planning to custom theme development, ensuring a modern, premium look focused on conversions.
The work included complete product catalog setup, professional product uploads, and building fully custom sections tailored to the brand’s identity. I also implemented seamless e-commerce integrations and optimized the overall user experience. Additionally, I developed a custom alternative product recommendation popup for out-of-stock items, helping maintain sales and improve customer retention. The store is now running smoothly as a successful, conversion-focused business.

This project involved a complete migration from Magento to Shopify. I handled the full website redesign and development based on reference websites provided by the client. The business had one main domain and two subdomains, so I mapped the entire structure and consolidated all data into a single Shopify store, including pages, blogs, and overall site architecture.
I also developed a custom store location selector in the header, allowing customers to choose from 10 physical store locations and check product availability accordingly. Additionally, the store offers personalized golf ball products, so I integrated and configured a third-party app to meet complex customization requirements and ensured smooth functionality across the products.

This was a Shopify Plus store migration from WordPress to Shopify. I was responsible for designing and developing the entire store based on the client’s reference website, using custom coding to match their required layout and functionality.
I also implemented a fully customized mega menu to meet the client’s specific navigation needs. This involved researching suitable apps, configuring them accordingly, and making additional customizations to ensure a seamless user experience and easy product discovery.
