    This portfolio reel explores how luxury waterfront residences can be presented through controlled camera movement, clean architectural framing, and deliberate visual pacing designed for modern social media formats such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

    The presentation focuses on ocean-facing interiors, full-height glazing, and calm spatial sequencing to highlight the atmosphere of elevated coastal living.
