Independent R&D on agent orchestration: building a multi-agent “software factory” running on the user’s own server that orchestrates the best models (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) and adds infrastructure layers they lack, including a durable, verifiable ontology that normalizes agent outputs and ingested data into a single queryable entity graph. Implemented an orchestration stack using React 19 and Cloudflare Workers with a Hono API and Durable Objects. Built a VPS agent-gateway that spawns detached Bun runners behind a pluggable adapter so adding models is mechanical. Developed open-source tooling focused on phase-gated agent workflows, transcript analysis, and evaluation-driven verification.

Collapsed multiple construction SaaS products into one system and validated stranded project data previously held in Procore and other tools into one queryable system aligned with real operations.
