    Soul of the Sea

    This video presents Villa Alma do Mar, a high-end private residence located in Quinta do Lago, Algarve. Designed with a contemporary architectural language, the house combines clean lines, generous volumes, and a refined material palette to create a timeless and elegant living experience.

    The project stands out for its strong relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces. Large glazed openings frame the surrounding landscape and allow natural light to shape the interiors throughout the day. The swimming pool becomes a central element of the composition, reflecting the architecture and reinforcing the sense of calm and exclusivity that defines the property.

    Materiality plays a key role in the identity of the house. The combination of natural wood textures, light-toned surfaces, glass, and stone creates contrast and depth while maintaining visual harmony. The landscaping integrates the built volumes with the natural environment of Quinta do Lago, softening transitions and enhancing privacy.

    Architectural visualization and video production were essential to communicate the atmosphere and quality of the project. Through carefully composed shots, controlled lighting, and detailed material rendering, the video allows the viewer to experience the elegance of the villa before construction. Each take was designed to highlight proportions, reflections, textures, and spatial fluidity.

    This project was developed using a BIM-based workflow combined with high-end CGI and AI-assisted tools, ensuring precision, consistency, and photorealistic results. Technology is not used as an aesthetic shortcut, but as a way to elevate architectural storytelling and decision-making.
